Privacy Terms and Conditions, june, 30 2003, n. 196.

1. By sending the User registration form we authorize ITAP SpA the handling of personal details in accordance to the law 196/2003 relative to the "Safeguarding of the personal details of people and other subjects".

2. The personal details you supply will be sent to ITAP SpA and will be included in a data bank in order to keep you informed of future activities. Your personal details will be handled with privacy in accordance to the law.

3. We inform you that you have the right to consult, modify or suppress your personal details (art. 7, law 196/2003). If you want to exercise it, please write to ITAP S.p.A., Lumezzane, via Ruca, n.19 - Brescia (Italy).

4.The products sold are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects for the term of 24 months from shipping. We decline all liability in case of incorrect installation or use not complying with the working conditions, stated in our catalogue, of the products sold.

5.Under no circumstances will any complaints or disputes give the customer any right to omit or delay payments for the delivery.

6.The delivery terms of each single order must be compatible with the availability of the goods at the seller’s factory and will be agreed at the time of the order.

7.All products are intended sold with reserve of proprietorship and become property of the buyer only after the whole price has been paid.

8.In case of continuous supply, we may stop such supply if the purchaser is in breach of only one of the particular or general conditions agreed upon.

9.The warehouse for goods loading is the following: ITAP SpA, Via Industriale 39, Zona Industriale Moie, 25050 Rodengo Saiano, Brescia, Italy.

10.Any particular and general exceptions to these conditions shall be agreed upon between the parties in writing.

11.All judicial disputes will be settled by Brescia Court of Law.
