To better listen to our customers and fully satisfy their requests, we have decided to adopt a tool that will allow us to build increasingly dedicated and attentive professional relationships.
ITAP has chosen Salesforce, the world leader in CRM, willingly accepting the challenge of Change Management. 💯
To start with the right stimulus and expertise in the field, all the actors involved in the project were trained in an engaging and dynamic way by a giant in the field: Dr. Phil Taylor.
The SF modules chosen for the first step of this path are:
✅ Sales Cloud: for a better and optimal management of work and customers by our sales force.
✅ Pardot: for a complete management of external communications with a sophisticated system of newsletters and automations.
✅ Social Studio: for the management of all corporate social networks, their contents, statistics and dynamics.
After a year of work and preparation we are ready to leave for this new adventure. 💪
