Our company has awarded seven merit-based scholarships<\/strong> to the children of employees<\/strong> for the 2023\/2024 school year. This initiative is part of the \u201cItap for Culture<\/strong><\/em>\u201d program, carried out through the Fondo Itap<\/strong> in collaboration with the Fondazione della Comunit\u00e0 Bresciana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The award ceremony, held at the company\u2019s headquarters in Lumezzane, was a moment of great pride<\/strong> for us and an opportunity to strengthen the bond between the company and employees.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Scholarships for employees\u2019 children: rewarding commitment and determination<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

During the ceremony, the seven selected students were welcomed together with their families for a heartfelt, well-attended event: each student was called forward to receive their certificate and a small gift, among the warm applause of colleagues and company manager.<\/p>\n

For us, supporting education is not just about helping cover school expenses: it\u2019s about investing in young people\u2019s futures<\/strong> and promoting a culture<\/strong> based on merit, commitment, and equal access to educational opportunities.<\/p>\n

The scholarships are a real form of support for those who stand out through dedication and perseverance<\/strong>, while also delivering a clear message: knowledge is a powerful tool for personal, social, and professional growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
