Our company has joined the renovation project<\/strong> for the teaching laboratories at the Primo Levi Technical Institute<\/em> in Lumezzane,<\/strong> through a donation made with the support of the B. Castelli Foundation<\/em>.<\/strong> This initiative was created to breathe new life into a vital educational institution that has, trained highly skilled technicians for the manufacturing and industrial sectors for decades.<\/p>\n

The donation is specifically aimed at upgrading the Mechanical and Mechatronics departments<\/strong>, key sectors for local employment and the competitiveness of Brescia\u2019s industries.<\/p>\n

<\/span>A collective effort to empower the Next Generation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The project is the result of a partnership between institutions<\/strong>, industry associations<\/strong>\u00a0and local businesses<\/strong>, all joining forces to revitalize a school that holds great historical and social importance.<\/p>\n

Promoted by Fondazione Castelli<\/strong><\/em>,<\/strong> with the support of other local organizations, the initiative aims to turn the Primo Levi Institute<\/em><\/strong> into a true center of excellence<\/strong> for technical training.<\/p>\n

Over the years, this school has trained generations of professionals<\/strong>, many of whom have gone on to become entrepreneurs<\/strong>, specialized technicians<\/strong>\u00a0or key figures<\/strong> in the local industry. However, the labs have fallen behind and no longer have the essential equipment needed to deliver effective and up-to-date education.<\/p>\n

Helping to revamp this school means offering equal educational opportunities<\/strong> to local students and preparing them to face an increasingly specialized and competitive job market.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Itap\u2019s vision: skilled youth and strong communities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

At Itap, we chose to actively support this project because we believe the future of the territory depends on education<\/strong>. Investing in schools and skill development means building a more solid, resilient industrial ecosystem: <\/strong>one that can face the challenges of technological transformation, digitalization, and sustainability.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through this donation, the company reinforces its desire to play an active role in developing the next generation<\/strong>, supporting their growth and their entry into the workforce.<\/p>\n

<\/span>A Lab for Learning and Growth<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The project goes beyond simply purchasing new equipment. It also includes renovating learning spaces<\/strong>, creating training programs aligned with industry needs<\/strong>, and strengthening cooperation between schools and the business world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The goal is ambitious: to transform the Primo Levi Institute<\/em> into a true reference center for technical and vocational education<\/strong>, capable of attracting motivated students and training the workforce of the
