On the \u201cInternational Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women<\/strong>\u201d, we at Itap renew our commitment by supporting Casa delle Donne CaD-Brescia<\/strong>, through the Itap Fund<\/strong> created by the Fondazione della Comunit\u00e0 Bresciana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

November 25th<\/sup><\/strong> is not just a symbolic date. It is a reminder that violence against women continues every single day<\/strong>. In Italy, according to ISTAT, around 6.4 million women<\/strong> aged 16 to 75 have experienced some kind of violence<\/strong> at least once in their lives. Specifically:
\n\u2022 18.8% have suffered physical violence<\/strong>
\n\u2022 23.4% have experienced sexual violence<\/strong>
\n\u2022 5.7% have been victims of rape or attempted rape<\/strong><\/p>\n

These numbers cannot be ignored. They must drive us to act, to speak up, and to stand with those who face these situations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Why we support Casa delle Donne CaD-Brescia<\/span><\/h2>\n

We chose to support an organization that listens, welcomes, and protects women every day.<\/strong> Casa delle Donne CaD-Brescia is an anti-violence center that provides psychological, legal, and relational support<\/strong> to women who have experienced violence, guiding them through paths of recovery and renewed independence.<\/p>\n
