Free medical check-ups and flu vaccinations for all Itap employees.
Good health starts with prevention.
That’s why, once again this year, Itap chose to bring essential health services directly into the workplace, giving every employee the opportunity to take care of themselves with ease and without losing time.
In November, two key initiatives were organised to promote wellbeing at work:
Simple actions, yet powerful in their impact.

The flu vaccination day on 10th November brought healthcare directly inside our facilities.
The initiative was free and voluntary and allowed employees to get vaccinated in just a few minutes, without the need to schedule external appointments.
A real step toward protecting collective health during the winter months and to maintain a safer working environment for everyone.
The prevention programme continued on 21st November in Lumezzane and 28th November in Rodengo with two medical screening days focused on cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes.
Free and easily bookable, the check‑ups were carried out by qualified medical staff directly in our workplace. In just a few minutes, participants could:
A fast, accessible and efficient service that helped bring a culture of prevention closer to our people, especially those who often postpone these checks due to time constraints or everyday commitments.
We are proud to have collaborated with Komen Italia, a non-profit organisation dedicated to women’s health through screenings, educational initiatives and nationwide awareness campaigns.
Thanks to their medical team, these prevention days became valuable moments of guidance, support and awareness.
Our workplace prevention days are rooted in a simple belief: health improves when care becomes accessible.
Too often, essential check ups are delayed or overlooked due to lack of time or logistical barriers.
By offering these services directly in the workplace and during working hours, we remove obstacles and bring wellbeing closer to the people who keep our company moving forward.
For Itap, promoting employee health is more than good practice, it is a concrete responsibility. It is a way to value people, nurture trust and show genuine attention to their wellbeing.
