Itap operates in two manufacturing facilities: one in Lumezzane<\/strong> and one in Rodengo<\/strong> Saiano<\/strong>, two closely linked hubs working in perfect synergy. The Lumezzane<\/strong> plant is the historical core of our mechanical<\/strong> operations<\/strong>, deeply rooted in the artisan<\/strong> tradition<\/strong> of Val<\/strong> Trompia<\/strong>. The Rodengo<\/strong> Saiano<\/strong> facility, on the other hand, is where technology meets industrial<\/strong> organization<\/strong>, with a highly automated and constantly evolving<\/strong> system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The strong connection between the two sites allows flexibility<\/strong>, logistical<\/strong> efficiency<\/strong> and specialized<\/strong> internal<\/strong> processes<\/strong> that strengthen the excellence of our entire production cycle.<\/p>\n

Since its founding, Itap has strongly believed and in-house invested in production<\/strong>. The choice of not out has allowed us to optimize every stage of manufacturing<\/strong>, build advanced internal expertise<\/strong> and maintain strict control<\/strong> over every product we bring to market.
\nAcross the Lumezzane and Rodengo facilities, more than 400 machines<\/strong> are in operation: from CNC lathes, automatic transfers machines and robotic cells. This synergistic system works daily with micrometric<\/strong> precision<\/strong>.
\nOur production lines are designed for maximum<\/strong> efficiency<\/strong> and traceability<\/strong>, with interconnected software systems aligned with Industry 5.0<\/strong> principles.
