Sports, culture and social commitment

Nurturing passion: Itap supports three local organizations

Supporting culture doesn’t just mean investing in schools or educational projects. It also important to promote all those local initiatives that, through passion, sport and social engagement, contribute every day to personal and collective growth.
With this in mind, Itap made donations to three local associations involved in the educational and social development of children, teens: ASD Kite Campione (a promoter of watersports on Lake Garda), Torre & Cavallo Chess School (a chess education initiative with years of experience) and Basket Lumezzane (a long-established organization for youth basketball training).

Sports and passion: a training ground for tomorrow’s adults

We believe that sports and personal passions are not just leisure activities, but powerful educational tools:

  • Kitesurfing builds balance, self-control and respect for the environment.
  • Chess stimulates critical thinking, concentration and independence.
  • Basketball teaches teamwork, discipline and how to manage competition.

In a world where soft skills are increasingly essential, these experiences help young people develop the human, cognitive and social abilities they’ll need throughout their adult lives and careers.

A concrete commitment to the local community

The Itap Fund was created to support local initiatives that generate real impact. Every training session, every game, every lesson becomes an opportunity to shape stronger, more aware and better-prepared young people.

These three associations show how sport and culture can be inclusive tools that foster connection and offer meaningful learning experiences.

Growing together through passion

The partnerships with the Kite Campione school, the Torre & Cavallo Chess School and Basket Lumezzane reflect a business vision that values relationships and formative experiences.

Supporting these initiatives means helping shape future adults who are capable of building a healthier, fairer and more engaged society.
